Lash + Brow Artist levels outlined below

A licensed professional that has a minimum of 2-3 certifications in an advanced level of lash extensions with a minimum of 2 certifications per year in any service that elevates their skills.They must be able to perform a Lash and Brow Map, perform all Lash Services offered, 2.5 year minimum of lashing and achieve 95%-100% lash coverage with almost perfect retention. Understanding of different lash techniques: taping, mapping, advanced lash styling, and complete a start to finish consultation. They must also be knowledgeable in brow techniques and are open to training and educating students and staff. They must be comfortable with evaluating and assisting other team members.

A licensed professional who has been lashing for over a year with a minimum of 25 hours per week to continue perfecting their skills. They must have between a 90% - 95% Lash Coverage rate with a majority of their clients having a successful lash retention.

They are required to participate in ongoing training to learn new techniques that can add value to their services. They must be able to provide a detailed consultation and aftercare to each client while providing the highest level of customer service. A Senior Artist must be evaluated by a Master Artist in order to qualify for a promotion. They also must have less than 6 Client Feedbacks (not reviews) per year that pertain to unsatisfactory results of their service with no fault of the Clients doing.

A licensed professional whose goal is to specialize in Lash + Brow Services and train under a Master Lash + Brow Artist. A Junior Artist will practice the health and safety of the services being performed, while focusing on the quality of the lash and/or brow application. They are required to get up to 75% Lash Coverage with perfect isolation and application techniques.

In order to move on from a Junior to Senior Artist, we require a minimum of continuous services in Lash + Brow services with no less than 25 hours per week to perfect their craft. They must be certified in each service, and a Master Lash + Brow Artist must check off their work with 95% satisfactory performance. (Junior Artists are evaluated between 9 - 12 months)
